Well, that should do it for the Milwaukee Brewers season. You can argue that there is still plenty of season left, but I saw this thing die in person tonight. From the moment Nyjer Morgan took Carlos Villanueva deep, you could literally feel all remaining hope and optimism collectively sucked out of Miller Park. It's over, folks. It's good and done for. I'll have more tomorrow, but in the mean time I need to shower off that loss and try to sleep without having Carlos Villanueva haunt me in my nightmares as well. Don't believe me that this season is over? Hell, read the obituary.

There's still 62 games left to go. There's still plenty of baseball left to be played.
This doesn't surprise me. Brewers fans acting like Cubs fans, its what we've become. We are like the little step children. I've talked to Cubs fans with more faith in the crew than most Brewer fans. sad
