Well the Bucks are finally playing like most thought they would once Bogut and Redd went down. Mired in a 3 game losing streak, the Bucks lost tonight on poor defense and a bevvy of fouls. Chicago took advantage and snagged the victory 117-102, they also snagged the 8th seed with Milwaukee 1 game out.
It was disappointing, hard to watch, pretty much any other dreadful phrase you can come up with to describe the game last night. Ben Gordon and Derrick Rose were virtually unstoppable.
Milwaukee's leading scorer was Jefferson with 27. The true star and TBC's player of the game was Luc Richard Mbah A Moute. The Prince netted 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds while swiping 5 steals. Also worthy, was Sessions who dished out 11 assists while scoring 20. Elsewhere, CV had 19. It should be known that Charlie Bell had a +/- of -23. Yikes.
Now we'll see what kind of fight Milwaukee has for the playoff since they are currently chasing the 8th seed rather than holding on to it. Some say that its easier to go after a playoff spot than hold on, I guess we'll see if Milwaukee believes in that mantra. The Bucks get going again tonight in the second of a back to back against Golden State which kicks off a 5 game home stretch at 7:30 pm.
Say it ain't so.....
