The Suns Too Bright For Bucks

Not much to say about tonight's game other than this picture shows a reoccurring theme. Same story different night really. The Bucks(3-4) lost the free throw battle tonight 44 to 17, as they went on to lose 104-96 against the Phoenix Suns(5-2) at home. This really has been the issue in everyone of the Bucks losses. That kind of FT made differential is nearly impossible to overcome.

One telling stat was starting front court scoring. Shaq and Amare for the suns finished with 29 and 24 respectively. The Bucks meanwhile, had no answer as Bogut and Villanueva ended with 5 points combined. Ouch. This is one of the reasons I love basketball so much. The reasons why a team wins or loses are so clear. Tonight it was fouls and front court play.

Ramon Sessions was the leading scorer tonight posting 23 points off the bench. Charlie Bell pitched in 16 while Jefferson and Mbah A Moute both had 14.

Alexander got almost 23 minutes tonight scoring 8, and for the most part looked better than last night. Bogut again was in foul trouble and managed only 5 points but nabbed 11 boards.

It was another night where the Bucks definitely missed not having Redd on the court. Once he is back it will be interesting to see how this Bucks team looks. Having Sessions scoring off the bench like he has been could make this Bucks team a playoff one.

Box score.

TBC Buck Of The Game: Ramon Sessions. He finished the night with 23 points, 6 assists, 4 boards, and best of all.....ZERO TO's, a great game off the bench for Ramon.
