One of my favorite shirts I had as a kid was a grey t-shirt that said "Cheese League". It also had a wedge of cheese placed over the state of Wisconsin, and then listed the teams that took their NFL Training Camps to Wisconsin. There was, of course, the Green Bay Packers (De Pere), New Orleans Saints (La Crosse), Chicago Bears (Platteville), Kansas City Chiefs (River Falls), and the Jacksonville Jaguars (Stevens Point). Now, as a kid I barely knew where any city that wasn't off of Highway 41 was, but it was still a cool T-shirt.
Since then, maybe of those teams have chosen to practice closer to home, with only the Chiefs and the Packers remaining in state. But after shopping around Wisconsin for almost two months, the Rams have finally decided to hold their training camp at Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin.
No negatives about this move, it's always good to have pro sports closer to home, and the Rams coming to town will be a neat experience for the city of Mequon. Now let's just try to get two more teams back here, and get those t-shirts printed!
