Look how far the Brewers have come. In the old days, signing a 32-year old Russell Branyan would have meant we'd have a new starting third basemen. Now, we'd be signing him because we have a roster vacancy in Triple A. The Crew is reportedly on the verge of signing one of my former favorites. Update: Branyan has been signed, and designated to Nashville.
